A 21 years experienced Project Manager who has since successfully executed and completed a total of over ten 10 projects in both Orapa and Jwaneng mines. As a Senior Project Manager at Debswana, Pitso managed a portfolio of four (4) drilling projects with a combined capital expenditure of about P1 billion. He was accountable for the planning, management and delivery of large complex projects with primary responsibilities of developing cross-functional Project Execution Plans (setting up projects for success and applying transparent reporting, effective leadership and management of cross-functional teams).
Advanced MRM and IT Project Management
With 25 years of experience in exploration and mining data and information systems management, project management in exploration and mining data and information systems management projects, with IT Manager experience and a strong background in client management and technical support Has worked in various countries, including Angola, Botswana, DRC, India and South Africa, developing, deploying and managing data and information systems Attained a post graduate certificate in Advanced Mineral Resource Management, and was part of the Debswana Resource and Reserve, Accounting and Auditing team.
