Geology • Business Studies in Project Management • Senior Management Development Programme (SDMP) • A results-driven Project Manager and Mineral Resource Geologist with 24 years of experience in strategic leadership, project management, corporate governance, and business development across the mineral resource evaluation and mining infrastructure development. • A former Senior Project Manager at Debswana with proven ability to lead highvalue projects over P2 billion, drive business transformation, and optimise operational efficiency. • He played a pivotal role in various mining trade-off studies for Debswana operations, including the current Cut 8/9 mining and the Jwaneng Underground mine development.

Master of Data Science (Global) • B (Hons) Computer Studies • Advanced Mineral Resource Management • IT Project Management • A practising Data scientist with 25 years of experience in exploration and mining data management as well as Information Systems Management, alongside IT Project Management expertise. • Led Debswana’s GIS platform development and digital transformation. • His expertise in data-driven decisionmaking has supported major mining projects, including Lucapa (Angola) and Jwaneng H2 drilling projects and MRM department.
